KIT digital to Present at Morgan Keegan Technology Conference on August 8, 2011

KIT digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITD), a premium cloud-based software solutions and services provider for multi-screen video management and delivery, has been invited to present at The Morgan Keegan 2011 Technology Conference. The conference will be held at The New York Palace Hotel in New York City on August 8-9, 2011.

Kaleil Isaza Tuzman, KIT digital's chairman and CEO, is scheduled to present on Monday, August 8 at 2:15 p.m. Eastern time. He will discuss the company's business plan and objectives for the second half of 2011.

KIT digital recently reported preliminary record revenue for the second quarter of 2011 of approximately $48 million, up 39% sequentially and 108% over the same year-ago quarter. The company also reported record preliminary operating EBITDA of approximately $9.5 million, up 34% from the previous quarter and 125% over the second quarter of 2010.
