CANNES, France – October 6, 2010 – KIT digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITD), the leading global provider of video asset management solutions (VAMs) for multi-screen IP-based delivery, and Big Pictures Limited, a leading syndicator of celebrity and entertainment content, today signed an agreement, at the MIPCOM 2010 World’s Entertainment Content Market, to enable delivery and distribution of premium celebrity multimedia content across the globe over multiple screens, including: the browser, mobile and tablet devices, and IP-enabled TV.

Launched in 1992, Big Pictures is one of the world's largest entertainment & celebrity news multimedia agencies, supplying thousands of hours of raw and packaged exclusive multimedia content to over 40 countries on a white-label basis and through its Mr. Paparazzi brand. Big Pictures differentiates themselves in the marketplace by serving as an aggregator of quality celebrity content both on an exclusive professional basis as well as through amateur time-sensitive submissions. Big Pictures owns and manages the celebrity content consumer portal, www.mrpaparazzi.com, as well as www.bigpicturesphoto.com, a business-to-business content syndication service that provides some of the world's largest portals, brand marketers, mobile operators, and commercial news broadcasters with exclusive celebrity content.

Under the terms of the agreement, KIT digital will provide Big Pictures with a complete end-to-end IP video solution through its VX-one platform. The solution will include advanced multimedia content management and analytics tools on Big Pictures' consumer portal, as well as multi-codec delivery of multimedia files across a variety of output devices via a new globally available business-to-business portal.

"KIT digital was the obvious choice when selecting a technology partner, as KIT is the only player in the industry capable of truly delivering integrated multi-device video solutions," said Darryn Lyons, Chairman of Big Pictures. "This will significantly advance our offering by providing us with the ability to produce, source and deliver our exclusive video and breaking news content to viewers anywhere and anytime, on any IP-enabled device."

Big Pictures' major clients include News International, Northern & Shell, Viacom, Orange, BBC, RTL, and MSN.

Elin Askfelt, VP Global Content Services at KIT digital, added: "VX-one will provide Big Pictures with greater flexibility around video content packaging, localization and delivery, allowing them to offer more content across more screens as well as reach new clients in new markets."

KIT digital and Big Pictures are demonstrating their respective solutions and content offering at the MIPCOM 2010 Conference in Cannes, France from October 4-8. You can visit the KIT digital team at booth 11.10 and the Big Pictures team at booth 11.12.
