Photon Energy Submits Prospectus to AFM to Move to the Main Markets in Warsaw and Prague

Photon Energy (WSE: PEN, ISIN NL-001039110-8, the 'Company') announces that it has submitted the prospectus to the Dutch financial market regulator (AFM) in order to move the  listing of its shares from NewConnect to the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company also intends to enter the main trading floor in the Czech Republic, the Prague Stock Exchange, transitioning from the Free Market.
