1/1 Disclosure of inside information (MAR Article 17)Vienna, 26 November 2019Results of the Tender Offer by Erste Group Bank AG On 18 November 2019, Erste Group Bank AG ("Erste Group") invited the holders of its EUR 500,000,000 7.125 per cent Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS0840062979) (the "Notes") to tender any and all of their Notes for purchase by Erste Group for cash (the "Tender Offer").
