Volkswagen AG - Volkswagen Passenger Cars grows deliveries in October

• Volkswagen brand delivers 562,200 vehicles worldwide in October, a strong increase of 8.8 percent compared with the same month last year
• Volkswagen records growth in worldwide deliveries as well as in China and Brazil despite shrinking overall markets, and makes significant gains in market shares
• Europe and Germany record sharp increases of 23.4 and 40 percent respectively, as expected after weaker performance in October 2018 as a result of WLTP
• Sales Board Member Jürgen Stackmann: “The very strong performance by the Volkswagen brand in October is a great success given the current challenging macroeconomic environment.”
