Intel Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intel Corporation's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per share (90 cents per share on an annual basis) on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on Feb. 7, 2014.
