Ukončení publikování trading statementu / Discontinuation of trading statement publication

Společnost UNIPETROL, a.s., tímto oznamuje, že publikování kvartálních odhadů vybraných provozních a finančních ukazatelů (trading statement) bylo ukončeno.

Hlavním účelem tohoto reportu bylo poskytnout účastníkům finančních trhů předběžné informace o kvartálních finančních výsledcích skupiny Unipetrol v průběhu období mezi koncem kvartálu a publikováním finančních výkazů a prezentace pro investory za daný kvartál.

Vzhledem k faktu, že UNIPETROL, a.s. urychlil datum publikování svých finančních výkazů a prezentace pro investory, trading statement již neplnil svůj hlavní účel.

UNIPETROL, a.s. hereby announces that publication of quarterly estimates of selected operating and financial data (trading statement) has been discontinued.

The main purpose of this report was to provide financial markets participants with preliminary information about quarterly financial results of Unipetrol Group during the period between the end of the quarter and publication of the financial statements and investor presentation for this period.

Due to the fact that UNIPETROL, a.s. accelerated publication dates of its financial statements and investor presentation, trading statement has been no longer fulfilling its main purpose.
