KIT digital's Chairman Resigns

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC and NEW YORK, NY, Apr 16, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --KIT digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITD), a leading video technology and services company, today announced its board of directors has accepted the resignation of non-executive Chairman Kaleil Isaza Tuzman.
Wayne Walker, lead independent director for KIT digital, noted: "As Kaleil's relationship with the Company as an officer and director comes to an end, we want to once again express appreciation for his contributions over the years.
